We built Wellform because the fitness industry was loud, and most of our clients weren't. Eight years on, we coach a steady room of 180-odd humans through 1:1 sessions, nutrition plans, and online programming — without a single before-and-after on the feed.

Private sessions at the Cronulla studio. Full programming tailored to your goals, body, and calendar — not a off-the-shelf block with your name on it.

1:1 Personal Training

Dietitian-credentialed, habit-based plans. No calorie spreadsheets, no food groups on a naughty list. You'll eat like an adult and still get leaner.

Nutrition Coaching

Custom training program delivered via the TrueCoach app. Weekly check-in with your coach, form video review, real adjustments — not a PDF and silence.

Online Programming

Up to 4 people, semi-private pricing. Still individually programmed — we just run you through it together with two coaches on the floor.

Small Group Training

An 8-week block for anyone new to barbell work. Squat, hinge, press, pull — taught properly, progressed weekly, not rushed.

Strength Foundations

A 12-16 week program for mums coming back after birth. Pelvic floor clearance, core re-integration, and a coach who's been there.

Postnatal Return-to-Training

On-site training and nutrition workshops for Sydney-based teams. Actual programming, not a team-building day with squats.

Corporate Wellness

30-minute sessions focused on movement restoration — for clients training hard or sitting at a desk too long. Often both.
